Norman City Councilman Bill Hickman is hosting a meeting for residents of Ward 4 on March 7.
Councilman Hickman will discuss recent council decisions impacting Ward 4 residents and businesses including down zonings of two neighborhoods, historic designation for the Southridge neighborhood as well as the administrative delay for applications of building, demolition and rezoning activities. Councilmember Hickman will also provide information about futures steps for the Center City Form-based Code and an overview of the R-3 zoning discussion.
“There are several recent and future city council discussions and decisions that impact the residents and businesses in Ward 4,” said Hickman. “I want to ensure that everyone who lives or works in this area has the opportunity to get updated information, ask questions and provide feedback about these important issues that impact our neighborhoods.”
Even though the issues that will be discussed pertain to Ward 4, Councilmember Hickman’s meeting is open to all residents of Norman.
