Taste of Downtown Table Registration (FREE)

Reserve your booth at Taste of Downtown on August 8 from 5 to 8pm at the Studio of the Sooner Theatre. Space is limited to 10 food vendors and 6 beverage vendors. First come, first served.

Downtowners Association members may register beginning June 15th. Registration opens to all downtown food & drink businesses on June 22nd.

Load-in begins at 3pm. Load-out is from 8 to 9pm. All vendors must be set up and ready by 5pm. ***Please provide your own table and table covering. The venue will only be providing round tables for guest seating***

Beverage vendor recommended sample size is 4-6oz for beers, 2-3oz for wine or mixed drinks.

Food vendor recommended sample size is 2-3 bites. Think one skewer, one slider, one small cup of soup. Enough to taste but not a full portion.

By registering, your business agrees to the following:

• Your business holds all required food service permits and health department approvals applicable to your operation.

• Your business holds all required liquor licenses and ABLE Commission authorization if serving alcohol.

• Your business carries general liability insurance and assumes full responsibility for your booth operations, staff, and service.

• The Downtowners Association is not liable for vendor operations, permitting compliance, or incidents arising from vendor service.

• You grant the Downtowners Association permission to use photos and video of your booth for marketing and promotional purposes.
